Andrew Chafoulias is the President and CEO of Titan Development Group (TDG). His responsibilities include management of all TDG activities as well as executive oversight of Titan’s corporate growth strategy. Previously, Andrew founded and served as CEO of Lanmark Property Advisors, a predecessor to Paramark Corp. Mr. Chafoulias has developed and privately funded assets totaling in excess of $50 million and has directed and managed acquisitions totaling over $30 million.
From 1991 to 1995, Andrew served as Managing Director of Chafoulias Companies Government and Retail Division, where he was responsible for overseeing the daily operations of several offices throughout the Midwest. Furthermore, he has founded 12 additional operating companies, including: Everest Custom Homes, Premier Alarm & Security, 500 Development, Mug Master, Global Resolve, A.C. Pem-West Development and TAC Food & Beverage, among others.
Named as one of the “10 under 40” by a prominent business journal for making his mark early in life, Andrew remains actively involved in a wide array of civic and corporate organizations, including: Founder of Boys and Girls Club of American (Southern Minnesota), Former Member of Minnesota March of Dimes Board of Directors, Diversity Council, Co-Chairman for SE Minnesota United Way, US Bank National Association Board Member and Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) Board Member, to name a few. Additionally, Andrew has committed significant energy and resources to providing small businesses with streamlined solutions for profitability and efficiency; a topic on which he regularly speaks throughout the country. He maintains residences in both Minnesota and Florida with his family, Kelly, Nick and Taylor.
